Ground floor The ground floor holds a living room with several sofas, a fireplace, a 75 inches TV and a piano. In addition to the table, at the adjacent fully-equipped kitchen you can also dine outside using the spacious table under the over hundred years old olive tree. You can choose to prepare your meals in the kitchen or enjoy a summer barbeque outside using the sheded outdoor gas grill. The same floor includes two modern bedrooms, a laundry room with pharmacy and storage facilities.

First floor The first floor has a modern living room with a fireplace, a second kitchen, one bedroom with balcony and a modern bathroom.

Second floor The second floor has three bedrooms with private balconies and one bathroom. All bedrooms of the villa hold built-in closets and offer access to balconies with amazing view of the garden, the pool and the forest. On the second floor, the master bedroom’s balcony has a panoramic view of the bay.

Outdoor spaces:The property includes a private pool, surrounded by 200 olive trees,30 different varieties of fruit trees, a vineyard, a vegetable garden, flower beds and ornamental trees.It offers a stunning view of both the forest and the sea, creating a captivating backdrop for any event
